Mötley Crüe -rokkarilta kiertuetunnelmiin liittyvä somepostaus, jollaista ei olisi nähty vielä 20 vuotta sitten!
Mötley Crüe -rokkari Nikki Sixxin tytär Ruby täytti pari viikkoa sitten neljä vuotta. 64-vuotias rokkari viettää suuren osan ajastaan suhteellisen tavallista lapsiperhearkea.
Tuoreessa somepostauksessa Nikki kertoo tuntemuksistaan rokkielämään kuuluvasta reissaamisesta ja perheestä. Nykyään perhe kulkee mukana ja samalla Nikkin elämä etenee ilman päihteitä. Rokkarin elämä poikkeaa huomattavasti aikaisemmista renttuiluvuosista.
Yli 40 vuotta mukana rokkisirkuksessa - hurja luku! Pohjois-Amerikan keikkojen jälkeen suuntana on Japani.
"The road is exciting. Playing for your longtime fans and new ones as well. The road is also a grind. But we’re used to it. 42 years with the boys in the band. I always feel a kinship to the saying “It’s the Rock n Roll circus”. It’s takes a lot of people who dedicate there lives to making these shows great. . So many people to put the big top up and down every night. For the fans. For us. Our families travel with us a lot. We try to take as much of home with us to soften the blow of being gone so much. After the show, as the adrenaline washes away, it’s just you with your “Road family” as the miles unfold before you and you sleep when you can- We have 3 more shows in America and then 3 in Japan and 3 in Australia for this year. We haven’t finalized what’s next. For me I’m just living in the moment. Enjoying all the different parts of the circus and thanking god everyday for sobriety".
