Alexi Laihon kuolema on aiheuttanut somessa todellisen osanottoviestien myrskyn.
Myös Slayerin ja Exoduksen kitaristi Gary Holt sanoo somessa suuria sanoja Laihosta: "Hän oli yksi parhaista".
"Only met him a couple of times, but was a super cool dude and a master guitar player and an incredible frontman, and when you gotta stay glued to a mic, that’s hard to pull off. One of the best".
Megadethin Dave Mustainen jäähyväiset Alexille: "Hän oli uskomaton lahjakkuus".
"So sad to hear about the passing of Alexi Laiho. We often toured together, he was truly an incredible talent".
